my little sister is 7 and has PTSD (post traumatic stress disorder) its really sad to see, she is on the waiting list for many programs to help her but in the mean time she suffers everyday is there anyway i can help her be less worried and scared?

yeah i try to always be there for her but its hard because i just moved away for college although i do come home a lot. she has tried some meds but with not much luck, because she is so young she cannot take anything too strong and most people with it are older so some meds don't help her
