...life just feels fabulous? I'm having one of those. I got awesome compliments from my manager, assistant manager, AND one of the shift leaders at work today. I got my tips from work for the week, so I've got extra cash. My poster came in the mail. My college plans are going well. Apparently, now that I have my GED, I can do the program that I originally WANTED to do, only I can do it part time. They also pay for tuition, books, AND fees, which is awesome because I get crap from FAFSA. It also means I'm going to have my GED, high school diploma, AND my Associates degree within the next two or two and a half years. I get my new phone in less than two weeks, so I can finally trash the one that's falling apart. I found out that the bank account I used for my vacation still has money in it. And a LOT of money, like $600. I thought it had pretty much nothing. I seriously think I died for a second when I saw the balance. The new TV may be in the near future after all. It's been like the BEST day!! I never have days like this. Aside from being tired, it's been absolutely fabulous. How are all of you?

lucky you, see, my family is gone like all the time, but when they come back, they bitch at each other so much and so loud that i can't think straight, adds to the stress. but it's good that you had a good day.
I feel ya dude. My family is the same. They feed off each others stress. Lucky me though, I have most of the downstairs floor to myself. "Apartment" so to speak. I "borrow" the kitchen (rarely) to cook since I just have a microwave and fridge, and I "borrow" the laundry room. But I can kind of get a way a little when really need to. Until they decide to storm in uninvited that is.

yea, i'm not as lucky, seeing as no matter where i go i can still hear my parents talking about me behind my back. As well as i can hear them yelling when by brother decides to be a dumbass by staying out late, smoking and drinking, which of course he gets in trouble, and then i get yelled at because i didn't decide to stop him for him. i don't know, it always is something new, but it's always the same "if i had a nickle for every time this happened" moment.
