What if I told you I had an STD from saving someone from a horrible car accident and I got their blood all over me, and ended up with a disease. Does that still make me a disgusting skeezy tard?

There are so many things wrong with this post... You can get STDs from things other than just sleeping around. Rape is an example. How is someone a "skeezy tard" if they're raped? That's not their choice. In a car accident, for the most part you'd be able to tell whether or not a spinal injury is serious enough to warrant not helping. If they're hurt that bad, they'll either be in massive amounts of pain or completely paralyzed. And if they needs CPR, which a lot of people besides doctors are trained in (I even know how, from the babysitter's training class I took), or if they have something that's bleeding and needs to have pressure applies, are you really going to just sit there and wait if you can help? 4 basic ways of STD transfer: Semen, vagina fluid, breast milk, blood. Sex isn't the ONLY way to get STDs. Some can even transfer through skin-skin contact.

LOL, I am a paramedic. It is my job to touch someone in a car accident, because they may have a spinal injury.

This is pretty much correct. If someone has a spinal injury but is bleeding to death, it is at that point life over limb. You aren't going to be worried about whether or not they have a spinal injury, you are going to be worried about whether or not they are going to die from blood loss before that point comes. However. When referring to a car accident, you could leave the person still in their position and you could still have an arm cut or their neck and never compromise the spinal integrity.

yes but you wear gloves to protect yourself from blood
Gloves protect you from the wrist to the finger tips, that isn't saying you won't get blood, or other fluids in your face. Not only that if you pull up on a car accident as a paramedic you have a duty to act whether or not you have gloves with you. If you don't stop, you can lose your license.
