The title explains it all, im always exhausted now and this exhaustion is causing me t literally sleep for 75% of the day im only awak for about 6 hours a day... an it all started earlier this week cause before that I had like super insomnia that kept me up for days on end. So how like how can I go from insomnia to the bi polor opposite?

Madre says its a vitmamin deficincy cause I eat absolutly nothing good xD so theres really no changing her mind on that so Im pretty screwed on that front xD

There are lots of reasons why your body could be doing this. I would guess an underlying issue that was sparked by your insomniac experience. Exercising more could possibly help. Go for a brisk walk for at least 20 minutes, get your body going and working. Diet could also be a reason. Food with more carbs and proteins could also help the body. Maybe try a multivitamin - your body also might have some form of deficiency causing anemia.
I would guess that most likely your body just needs to catch up on sleep but after a few days you should start regulating your sleep cycle. Too much sleep can make you sleepier. I have a lot of issues with this.

Hm makes sense... its been a week though (I also started the multi vitamin a week ago also) and Im a runner so its probley just the insomnia a bit but Im finding it extreamly hard to regulate my sleep cause im sooo exhausted that I can hardly get myself outta bed so I wind up just going to sleep since Im alraedylaying down xD

Yeah. This sounds like the last reason I posted is probably it. You'll just need to find a good motivator to get out of bed at the right time, your body should soon enough want to go to bed at the right time as well.

Hm soundsgood enough though... I have 0 motivation to do uch anythin so I wind up not doing anything cause of that lack of motvation xD which sucks cause I've been skipping doing school work cause of no motivation but that is an entirely differnt subject all togather xD thank you though =D

You are exhausted, you haven't gotten a full night sleep in a long time. Start getting 8 or 9 hours on a regular basis, watch your diet and you should start feeling better little by little.
