Lately, I can't seem to be able to eat a lot. Maximum I can get into myself is a small sandwich, after which I start to feel like I'm about to throw up.
The thing is, I'm actually really hungry during the day, but as soon as I start eating, I don't feel hunger anymore and feel sick. I ate twice today - breakfast at 9am and then a sandwich when I got home at 5.30. It's not healthy and it's annoying.
I don't really ever have stomach problems. Could this be the result of stress (ie midterms)? I don't know what the hell to do. All I seem to be able to eat is lemon iced tea and let's face it, that's not actually food.
So, thoughts?
