either Buddhism or Hinduism. Not exactly sure which one, they both have good aspects about them. I especially like the Tibetan Book of the Dead, it seems more realistic than an idea of heaven or hell. I wish there were temples around where I live.

I'm quite a fan of Buddhism myself. Keep in mind, however, that once you've narrowed it down to the general religion, you should still narrow it down further. There is quite a range of different beliefs within the Buddhist tradition, for example.

Yeah, I been thinking converting to the Nyingma tradition if I do convert to Buddhism.

In Buddhism the thought would be that the difficulties and obscurities of the path require the guidance and support of a Sangha.
