So I finally have my computer in my room which means I can sleep to music, which usually does an amazing job of relaxing me and putting me to sleep. So I'm wondering, what songs do you listen to when you sleep? So far on my playlist I have. 311-Amber

I'm in college, so I have to kind of work things out with her as far as noise at bedtime. If I'm here by myself, I usually just leave the TV on when I go to sleep  At home, I like to listen to Jack Benny (an old-time radio comedian).

I don't sleep with anything going on, actually. I have pretty severe insomnia so I find music/television to be too large a distraction. Depends on my mood at the time, I think, more than most else.

Yeah I don't think I've ever fallen asleep to music. I'll put it on and sort of drift off into this dreamy thing where my imagination is just sort of running off in a sleepy way with the music, but I always seem to keep coming back to reality and eventually I just have to turn the music off if I'm ever actually going to sleep.
Exactly the same for me. It can soothe me enough to that point of being barely conscious but something always brings me back and I have to turn it off to be able to sleep properly. It's a weird sensation.
