Some had friends, and loving families.
Some have money.
Some have stable households, parents, families, etc.
Everything they can possibly ever want and need.

What more can they ask for?

Who's to say they all have those things?
Who's to say they want anything more?
Who's to say something from the past hasn't triggered problems?
Or that they're not abused on the side, behind scenes.
Or someone close to them recently died?
