Guys are expected to lead on and on and on and on.

Because of a girl does it they are seemed as "slutty" or whatever stupid idea comes up.

Girls have it MUCH easier.

This question is unanswerable.

It's not a gender thing, its a person thing.
You have to bring in stereotypes and gender biases.
Then you have to look at how a culture perceives men and women in the dating arena.

Women are more likely to be labeled a 'slut' or a 'whore.'
Men are more likely to lose all their money =P

It's up to the individual to decide who has it worse.
