They don't mean anything. We all know, or should know that many black community schools fall way behind the standard of education in the US. So, of course blacks are going to have a lower SAT score. It only makes logical sense.

Washington DC schools rank among the most funded schools in the nation. Washington DC has a very large Black population and would probably rank last in academics if it was a state.

According to Greatschools.com, Washington DC schools are over 80% Black with an average amount of $15,746 in funding. There is one teacher per 13 students.

West Virginia - considered a poor US state - has over 90% of the school population as White.
The funding is an average of $9,411 per student with one teacher per 18 students.

West Virginian students outperform Washington DC students by a long shot.

Maybe it falls in education because of the students? Hmm?
