So we all know there is an absolute zero which is −273.15c. To my knowledge there isn't an absolute hotness, why is that?

Because "cold" is a measurement based on molecular movement.

There can always be more energy.

Because absolute zero is the absence of any heat at all, because there is no such thing as "coldness" in a literal manner, whereas theoretically there is no finite cap of how much heat can be accumulated at one given time.

There is an "absolute hotness." It just won't exist until it's the same as absolute zero. Otherwise it'd require a singularity of universal proportions.
