Yurk, I know how that feels :/ I've been through a couple of periods in my life where I was getting frequent fits of deja-vu and they'd make me slump to the ground and hallucinate a bit and afterwards I felt kind of sick. Sometimes it's just a weird, kind of fun feeling but other times it can be pretty horrible and even make you feel depressed for a while.

It won't last, though.
