Yes. Wealthy children receive far greater educations than poor children. This is not right. Our educational system just repeats the process of the poor becoming poor. All it does is maintain stratification.

Hard to say, most people will point out after Government started controlling our education our scores were lowered, at the same time that could be explained by government raising the bars and making things like chemistry requirements. And gradually lowering the bar over time.
I think a public education system is best but we could change a few things, I like the less prisons more schools idea.
