NASCAR's just lost the true spirit of racing these days. The courses arn't technical enough to allow for what I'd argue motorsports are supposed to be about.

Well technically a nascar track is technical. You can't just lay a patch of concrete in an oval and expect cars to be able to race on it.

A technical track is where the track requires a complex set up to achive maximum results from the track, like hieght elevations corner angles and speed zones all mixed in a particular track.
Australian lol, shut up dumb ass look at this track(bathurst)would have to be in the top 5 most technical tracks on the planet, you have insane height elevations, banks twisty sections chicanes and a huge down hill straight with massive brakeing zones.
