Depends on your weight.
You may have disordered or unhealthy eating patterns, but unless you are at a certain weight for your height and fit with other specific criteria for anorexia, then no.

Most people would rather be certain they're miserable, than risk being happy.

Ice water and skim milk isn't food. No matter what your height or weight is, you need at least 3 meals a day to stay healthy. Anything less than that is not normal, for anybody.

I am pretty sure that if you burn off more than you eat, it becomes a disorder. But, some people naturally eat little and still work out to keep in shape. Unless you are doing it for the purposes of losing weight, then it would be an eating disorder.

Well, I believe it depends on the reasons you have for only eating once a day.

If your intent is to lower your calories to an extent then I think you already know the answer to that.

On this matter, all i have to say is anorexia is a severe disease of the mind. It is impossible to be diagnosed just from the two facts you provided us. Although only eating one meal a day is very unhealthy, and you are probably going to be malnourished and lose weight because you are most likely depriving yourself of essential nutrients, we are not doctors. We cannot tell what is going on inside your head to tell you whether or not you are mentally disturbed.

But I can say that by practicing behaviors like this you are at a fairly high risk of developing an eating disorder, and not just anorexia nervosa. Quite possibly you're looking at developing anorexia athletica, or orthorexia.

I hope this helped and take advice from someone who still suffers to this day, starving youself is not the way to go.

If you're not anorexic, you're certainly getting close to it by exhibiting disordered behaviors. I would suggest talking to your doctor or a nutritionist. Please feel free to PM me if you want to talk as well. I recovered from two years of anorexia!

No, unless there are mental issues involved.
Anorexia Nervosa is an illness in the mind.
Be careful however because this plan is not healthy at all.
