I nuked it with compressed air and tightened the screws.

It took me like 5 minutes this morning to realize it was the power fan specifically.

If this doesn't work and it's just dying, not just some crap stuck in the fan, I get to spend 50 bucks on a new power supply!

Here's hoping.
