I start second guessing myself. I think that they don't want to be around me. If I call them they are willing to hang out; it is not that they are making excuses. I just don't like having to call them every time I want to see them. If I don't call them they won't ever call me. I tried this and I did not see anyone for two weeks. When I finally called them they asked why we had not hung out for weeks. I know what you are going to say, " just make new friends" It took me years to make these friends. They are my favorite people to be around. Most people that I meet bug the hell out of me. But these people do not. I just don't want to sit at home on the weekend again.

I just don't understand. When I don't wanna be bothered with the opposite sex, they express interest in me. But when I am out looking for somebody of the opposite sex it's hard, a pain in the ass and I end up trying to hard. Which often just lead me to fail in my attempts. I understand why this occurs, it's because when I am trying to impress a person I get nervous.

Mostly because I worry about what they think about me and how they feel. But when I am not actively looking things like that don't plague my thoughts. I am sure many people have this problem. I really wish that I didn't, because it's confusing and stressful. And makes me end up having bad days.

Regardless of them being your most favourite people to be around, maybe they just dont take the initiative to do as listed.
My absolute best friend, never calls me or texts me haha. I always have to start the conversation, or make the first move so to speak, when it comes to plans and such.
I highly doubt that it's because they arent interested in hanging around with you. I believe its more like my friend, where they'd rather just have someone else initiate the activities so they dont have to run the risk of having their plans shot down.
I'm sure you're an awesome person to hang around with! Cheer up! Being the one to make first contact isnt always a bad thing! Hell, it makes me think that you're the one with all the brilliant ideas and activities planned, and you just have to share! :D
