Ugh the sad thing is I don't really feel that bad about it. It was the first time....and it was a $8 waterproof Sephora brand eyeliner pencil from the display and I just kinda took it....cause I wanted to see how thrilling it was - but it wasn't.... I feel kinda bad...but now its like, "Oh...so I got away with it maybe I can go back and try for something else..."
