If I straighten out my back and take a deep breath I get this pain all throughout the top of my back.. I didn't think it was anything but it's been over a week and isn't getting better.. Think I bruised it? And if anyone had this did it go away after a while?

I know I should.. but the doctor is never there.. I've literally only seen him 2 times. Every other time I had to go to a walk-in clinic or another doctor..
