I used to think that it'd be pretty bad if I married and then things got so stuffed up that I had to divorce. Especially if I had kids by then.

I used to think of it as sharing your life with someone, so if you divorced, you'd no longer share it with anyone and even if you remarried, it would be so late in your life that you won't be able to "share a life".

But now it looks more like extended relationships than anything. And if you had a few significant people in your life and none of them were the be all and end all (marry a few, marry none?), that seems pretty normal, too. What gives.

What do you think? Oh yeah and don't forget to diagnose me above.
