Obama was turning to help a girl down the step and the angle that the camera shot the pic made it seem that he was checking the other girl out. It's pretty clear in the vid. Sarkozy though, haha...funny guy.

Pretty sure it would have just been a glance and I doubt few could deny that they have sometimes involuntarily looked at someone even if just for a fraction of a second.

To be honest, that video doesn't really counter any "misconceptions" about the picture.  It says in there that Obama *might* be getting his footing.  He *might* be helping someone down the step.  It doesn't conclusively show anything and indeed, Obama staring at the girl's ass is just as likely as anything else the video showed which *might* have happened.
