I started working out June 19th, and I also started a diet plan. I eat extremely healthy, things like veggies, stir fries, eggs, sandwiches, fruits, low-calorie stuff in general. I also workout roughly 6 days a week. I run around 3 miles each day and I usually work in some arm and leg exercises.
My starting weight was 263. I'm 6'4 and I'm a guy, so I wasnt THAT fat even though 263 is heavy. I'm now down to 252...how am I doing?
