You can still learn tho. But God did do it. NO WAY could so much energy just all of a sudden happen so that the universe is created. something has to make the energy. its not random. And you should know what you beleive and stand up for it.

Nothing has to make the energy. Energy cannot be created or destroyed, only transformed. Its a little thing called Thermodynamics, brother. You need to give a better argument.
the second law of thermodynamics-requires usable energy to continually decrease and for the universe to become more random and disorganized If this has happend for ever then there would be no energy now.
Who said it wasnt getting more random and disorganized? Youre missing the bigger picture.
energy is used up. You DO loose energy. mater cant be created or destroyed but energy IS used up. If this has been using energy to crash and re-big bang then it would use incredible amounts of energy! you can not create any more energy than is availible. What is organization in a universe we cant even begen to understand? What is the bigger picture?

I was not arguing about his existence. I was talking about the fact that you said there was no other explanation than God creating everything. I'm glad you have accepted the possibility, that just like God could just be, so could the universe, meaning that God is not the only explanation, and that the argument that God created everything is not any more satisfying or enlightening to the question "where did we come from?"
Actually it is enlightening.

where did God come from?
He has always been.
But surely if he has always been, the samething could be said about the universe.
At the moment, science says no.
I was only following the person's logic that certain things "could just be" I'm not sure about what exactly science says about it. I don't necessarily find the scientific explanation to be satisfying :/
Science often is less than satisfying. That's why it's so hard to be successful when criticizing believers in God.
