Alright so this started back at the beginning of the month, haven't been able to fix it as of yet, but its getting to the point of hindrance. Ive cleaned out my Registry with Ccleaner, Ran several virus scans with AVG and Spybot, Ive done the usual disk cleaning and defragmenting, Ive switched from two monitors to one thinking Ive gone over my cards fill rate. Nothing seems to be working on this one.
