Yes, it did get easier. Almost like second nature to say 'No thanks, I'm not hungry' when my stomach was growling.

To be honest, No and No. Cutting back was the greatest thing I have ever experienced, I adore the control it gives you. It got harder with the hunger, although I did get used to it, the pit I was/am digging myself gets deeper and deeper every day, with every lie, it's almost impossible to get out now.
