Ok first you need to eat sumthing every few hours to keep ur matabolism going,cause if you dont then when you do eat you body will store all of it as fat, then just like go out side and walk around randomly or go to the gym or sumthing just keep moving, Jumping rope is best cause it works all your muscels

Obviously, that's not healthy. You can get the results you want but it's going to take way more than 10 days, and you can actually get the results you want, and eat at the same time.

You just have to be smart, not eating for 2 weeks clearly isn't being smart.
