I have a sore on the inside of my lipring (no I dont have mouth herpes, i get them now and then when my sugar or citric acid intake is too high)
It hurts like a son of a bitch.
Whats a good way to get rid of it quickly?

salt water mouth rinses, or chlorhexadine (savacol is one brand name) from a chemist. Avoid alcohol mouth washes, such as listerine as they can cause long term problems.
Maybe take out your lip ring if you can for a few days, or replace it with something that will rub on it less.
Also, avoid food that is spicy or too hot as it could cause more tissue damage and take longer to heal.
