I like knowing where I stand with people, for better or worse, so I know how to deal with them. Most people are easy enough for me to read but some are just next to impossible. I've worked with this girl for a year and I still don't know where I stand with her. She can be the nicest person you've ever met one minute and then seem like she wants nothing to do with you the next. I always used to blame myself, but now I wonder if its just her. I try to just stay out of her way, either way.
