I know if I was like 10 and someone over 18 pressured me into something I might have given in because I guess you could say I didn't know better, children don't like being pressured so they usually take the easiest way out without thinking about it. Now, if you can find a 10 year old child that is totally obsessed over an older person, which I've yet to see, I may have a different opinion. Basically apply that same concept to porn.

No, because like I said, they would have been pressured into it.
Young children aren't born with those kind of thoughts, they're taught. And for something as extreme as selling your body, it would more likely have to be pressured. Even if it weren't pressured, he/she wouldn't have the experience to know the difference.
