The problem would lie in their inability to make informed decisions, much as the same reason why children are not allowed to vote. They are easily persuaded, and do not see the consequences of their actions before they perform those actions. They would not be able to judge right from wrong with enough accuracy to be prepared for the consequences of appearing in pornographic material, and as such, should not have the decision made up to them. Although some children would be able to make an informed decision beyond their age, the majority of them will not be able to. If you offered a 5 year old a lollipop in exchange for their pants and underwear, odds are, they're not thinking about who is going to see them, why you want them to take their clothes off, but merely, how can I earn that lollipop, even if the consequences of such actions would cause them great embarrassment and social harm in the future.

I have a mutual respect for everyone alive, I don't -not- kill or steal because 'it's the thing to do', I do it because of that universal love. Now, I see you are more interested in a Brave New World type sex conditioning.
Most of the problems with this are moral.

No, your much mistaken. Its sick, morally wrong, against everything in the bible (If you believe in that) and goes against everything in human nature.
