Uhm... eating disorders would be a good start. How you should be happy with the skin you're in and then how people abuse themselves... then summarise with being healthy.

Bulimia, anorexia.... they are the main ones but there are more... could go about Binging and Purging...

Talk about how eating disorders ruin your life and it takes away precious years where you could have been happy and comfortable with who you are and be enjoying life and living it to the fullest instead of starving yourself to death.
