I've yet to find a good tire spray that I like. Most of them just make my tires look like I rubbed Crisco on them.

Cause is leaves white shit on it?  You probably have to use tire cleaner and spray them off, then once it's dry try the spray.  I work at a hardware store that sells a shit load of car cleaning stuff too, and I use a product by Mothers called "Wet and Black" and it's always done me well.
