I had to go for suicidal thoughts. but at the time i didnt want to talk to anyone, so i didnt try to solve any of my problems. if you are up for solving whatever is going on, i suggest you go. but if you arent then its kind of a waste. just make sure you want to go through with what you are going to do.

Just like anything else can be. But my character is the same, whether I have depression or not. I'm still me, I just have a few extra problems to deal with. And anyone who doesn't realise that really isn't worth my time anyway.

Again, I must ask: WHY'S IT MATTER? In reality, it's still no big deal. Some people may not be willing to accept it, but that's true with anything. Some people may not be willing to accept a person being a certain race, but that doesn't mean they need to be ashamed because that's what they are.

It was merely an example. But you want to argue numbers? Fine, let's say Muslims or gays or Satanists. Or we can go back in time 60 years and use blacks as an example then. It really doesn't matter, because my point still stands. Some - many people, in fact - will not accept it. But that doesn't mean there is any real, logical reason to be ashamed of it. People don't accept the fact that I was a cutter, but I'm not ashamed of it just because they think I should be.
