You want to be admitted into a psychiatric hospital, and so that's why you're packing your things. But you're not sure how to get there, and your therapist isn't helping.

Okay, first of all, you can admit yourself into the hospital without being forced to go there by a doctor. You should contact the hospital and set up an appointment. They'll give you more information about the program there.

That's pretty extreme, though. There's nothing wrong with going there, but I'd suggest you check out your other options first. Since you don't like your therapist and since he's not helping, maybe you'd want to switch to a different one. That helps a lot of people. Therapy can be very beneficial without having to go to a psychiatric hospital, but only if you have a therapist that fits you well.
