I usually run for a little over an hour in the mornings and then have 90 minutes of rowing practice in the afternoons. On those days, I eat around 2300-2400 calories. Tomorrow for rowing, we have a "test" on the rowing machines. I will probably row for 10 minutes to warm up, then the test will be about 8 minutes of all out rowing and then I will row another 10 minutes to warm down. In addition, I will take a brisk walk for 45 minutes in the morning and go for a short 25 minute jog after practice to get out the lactic acid.

How much should I adjust my diet since I won't be doing my morning run tomorrow to rest up for the rowing test?

I'm a female, 17 years old and 122 pounds.

Eat whatever you want. You excersize enough that it shouldn't make a difference

You don't need to necessarily count calories. But figure out what food is going to keep you energized.
Carbs can cause you to get a little tired, so I suggest some fruit of course, maybe two PB&J sandwiches, and V8.
