i have crazy temptations to do REALLY stupid stuff.

but. i really don't want to.

my doctor told me the only way to get past it is to not give in to the urges , but....

its so hard not to give in.

no, like, things that i could do REALLY easily, but can have a huge impact if i follow through with them.


like, i have urges to send people weird things....like, i PRETEND to send it to them, but don't.

but if i accidentally do....then, its bad. XD
