I've never taken them, but have been offered them.
From those I know who do take them, they've said that natural emotions are best.
I think I pretty much agree. Some doctors seem too quick in handing out the pills, rather than resolving the problems first.

Hate em. LIke 'Bona fide' said, doctors just throw pills at you rather than try to solve the problems. I hate em and have actually accidentally stopped taking mine haha opps...didn't want them in the first place.
