laptop fail

so, my laptop just crashed on me
and keeps crashing either when i sign in or when i connect to this particular wireless network

and now i have to run iit in safe mode,

i think i have a virus, but my mcafee's expired so i cant run a scan

D:

what do i do?

Well now the government use it and so does that white house. That is 100% hacker safe. No one is going to get in your computer with that. Trust me i know i have been useing it for a very long time.

Thats heavily incorrect, the Department of Defensive doesn't use Windows to begin with, nor does most of the White House. They use Linux and the DoD has their own Security Software and Panada doesn't protect them nor is that software.

Panada is a contractor, not the security system used.
