Honestly, being in that type of position myself, you need to come clean in order to get the help you need. Not easy, I know. I was also self injuring at the time. ughh...if it helps, write down everything that comes to mind, why if you know, etc. You can give it to ur counselor. Please send me a message if you feel u need or just want to talk. My aim is on here 2. I work at a counseling center and still in college for my msw in social work. I would like to help any way I can. Plus, I'm assuming your young. I'm only 19 and have learned so much from what I have gone through. I feel it important to help others if and when I can. I'm here to listen. Good luck sweetie.

Be careful,
That is no way to get better.
I know it can be really really hard at times, I almost purged just then to be honest, but I'm not letting myself being taking under by bulimia again. Me and one of my friends find that drawing or writing how we feel on paper helps a lot. Do this instead, it really helps :)
