Sit down and have a mature conversation with her detailing the obvious reasons why you couldn't/don't smoke pot and just talk to her. Parents can be immature every now and then, but they are also very real and understanding about some things. If your brother is young, then of course she has no real reason to believe him. If your brother is a chronic liar try bringing that up as well.
