well, I met this girl on facebook (dont laugh :p), first we would send messages to each other, exchange pictures, than we start instant messaging. We now talk on the phone quite often, also we live pretty close to each other. Could this possibly lead to real interactions or is online dating still a bad idea?

Please share any stories if you have dated someone you met online, or just even became friends or whatever.

I don't see why it couldn't work as long as you moved your relationship offline...and actually dated in real life.

In saying that, I'm 100% against meeting anyone that I've met online, I doubt I'd ever do it.
