Van Gough def.. had sme issues....
They say that some of the painters that did some crazy shit like that did so because they were using lead paint and they would dip their brush in their mouth to make a fine point...

Actually there were a few different peoples who had that happen, "normal" painters, hatters, the people who painted glow in the dark paint on watches ect.
