First and foremost, Jabba the Hutt is a fictional alien from the Star Wars film "Return of the Jedi."  I doubt a fictional character would have an opinion of any sort on my mother's weight.  And furthermore, Jabba never conversed in English.  I doubt he would know what the word "damn" even meant, let alone a horribly mangled and exaggerated spelling of it.
