I think both are equally horny. It honestly though depends on the individual. I've known guys that admit that they're hardly ever horny, and girls, such as myself and my best friend that admit we're pretty much horny and thinking about sex much of the time.

I also think that society norm females if they tend to express it freely would be considered sluttish or whorish than the males (for males then it would make them a bad boy not well mannered than called sluttish or whorish).  Also, it seems that most females can control themselves than most males.

Just think about it.  Surveys/studies show that the vast majority of women masturbate but tell me how many girls out there admit it? See what I mean?  If women were NOT horny then women wouldn't need that release.
