The test is too easy...anyone can just look up the answers. They should make it timed or something...

You are right. If the test were timed, this forum would be even more exclusive! However, many of the questions don't have answers one could simply look up- they require a small amount of logic.

That was pretty easy, only one question was somewhat difficult.  I don't understand why it would be required for someone to cheat.

Because not everyone knows their history. Or even how the world works today! But they are smart, honest!

I'm suprised I passed.  Good guesser I guess. Those logic questions were killing me.  But you know us fundemental Christians and our struggles with logic.

Indeed. Who needs logic. God did it, the bible says it, I believe it (or something to that effect right?)

I think that the test might need someone to check the spelling of some words.

An excellent test! I passed but I did hesitate on a few questions!

Eh it was a good start, but I'm sure that David could/should expand it a bit.

Adding in a small part on math and the sciences would be intereasting, along with adding a few extra questions to the previously existing sections.

Ah indeed, I do agree: there should definitely be a math and science section in the test! However the logic section did fulfill the minimal requirement needed for an intellectual discussion.

It would be nice to be greeted into this forum with a musical clip of Masterpiece Theater... (j/k)

Speaking of which - extra credit question: Who is the actual composer of the musical theme of Masterpiece Theater? (extra extra credit if you can answer without googling it)

I was forced to look up one word in the Terms and General Knowledge section to make sure that my answer was correct. I actually don't think it is a very bad thing that someone can look up most of the answers. Looking them up requires some knowledge as well!

Very interesting idea David.

Regarding the test, approximately 22% of people who take the test pass it. I think it is already hard enough. If we make it harder there will be no one here to discuss anything.

What is the minimum length requirement for the posts?  Like, a few characters, or do our posts have to be fairly wordy?

Well, considering their have been posts already here that are maybe a sentence long at best, I'd say the minimum requirement isn't too outrageous.

(puts on monocle) Truly, my dear I am shocked that you could have let such a slip of grammar pass your fingers! Shocking! (removes monocle)
