Ecstasy is a fairly safe drug. Very few people die from it, and the ones who do it's almost always their own fault, they usually either dance for eight hours straight, drinking no water, taking no brakes, at a hot rave, or they drink several gallons of water in a very short period of time. It's not physically addictive, and it's psychological addiction potential is low. Any negative long term effects come about from very frequent use over a long period of time. Ecstasy seldom contains cocaine and never contains heroin, some people claim that a pill they took had heroin in it or they have a pill with heroin in it, it's actually just MDEA. Nor do they ever contain shit like rat poison or broken glass or anything of that sort. While most pills do contain MDMA, finding a pill that contains just MDMA is uncommon. They usually contain at least one other psychoactive chemical, the most common are MDA, methylamphetamine, ephedrine, and caffeine. i started using it and i got addicted i was doing it once a month at first but then it started getting out of hand and i was using a few times a week somtimes multiple times a day. it is amazingly fun but can seriously cloud your judgment (not just while your on it but a couple days after too) it deffinately changes who you are for a while. id say dont do it, but if you do only do one to start maybe half if you have a low tolerance to drugs and alcohol (i say this becaus until you do it once, you dont know how your body will react)
