If you think you're smoking too much, cut back. It's not really that hard... when you go to pack a bowl, pack it as you normally would... then take a little bit out. That's all. You'll smoke a little bit less per session and you'll stretch it out.
BY THE WAY a method that my roommate supports is to take one (or two) hits, and ride the hit out from the high to the comedown. Once you feel sober, take another hit or two. You can be stoned all day on one bowl
