You still misunderstand. When I say white people " I mean a lot of white individuals feelings". This post just goes out to them. Also I am not denying that whites are discriminated against nor am I saying that their discrimination should be treated as nothing. No one should be discriminated against.  Your thinking too hard so you miss the point of this topic. The point is that yeah a white persons discrimination can be just as bad and should be taken just as seriously as a minorities. But, saying that whites have it worst in America than minorities do is just false. ... ... ...

i beg to differ. this has happened to me on numerous occasions. Ive missed out on job opprotunities... because either 1) illegal immigrants (typically from mexico or guatamala... i donno why...) were trying to get a job there too. they dont ask for at least minimum wage... or 2)because a black person was trying to get a job there, and if not hired, the black person could have turned around, and made a discrimination case against the employer.

Ive missed out on numerous job opportunities under this exact scenario.
I know this, as ive got friends at these places, and they heard management saying this.

Also, a job ive had, was greatly cut, because they hired an illegal immigrant at $3 per hour, and i was making $6

Sure, but the same goes the other way around a lot. People look at race when making decisions. In a country where the majority is white, minorities can be looked at differently than whites. Of course I am not saying you don't have a right to be angry, you do. The point I was trying to make was for those who say " Minorities don't have it bad at all, we whites are the ones that are suffering the most in this country"......

Damn....Victimization is all minorities have. We don't have superiority. Now whitey wants to take the victim slot away from us too?

Get over it in the sense of racism and stereotypes we're almost all pretty much equal when you think long and hard about it.

That is not my mindset at all. My mindset is " We all can be victims but white people saying that they have it worse is hypocritical when they try to tell other minorities to just settle for less and stop complaining".

And, then again, it matters where you are.

If you are a White in a majority nonWhite area you do see your fair share of what you'd consider racism.
