Avast is all I need.

It caught the LW ad things very frequently.

I don't go to messed up sites, download things, etc. so I don't worry too much.

AVG has not let me down so far, at least for me, its basically install it, set it up, and you don't have to worry about it.  Mine just scans for everything at 4am, updates every 4 hours, and I don't have to touch it.
