Is this a "private" - that is, a commercial college where you pay them and end up with a diploma? If so, check it out super carefully. Talk to potential employers before signing on the dotted line. They may not recognise the value of such a diploma. I don't know where you live, but an hour and a half drive from me is a famous for animation college, Ryerson College-recently a university (Ontario, Canada) that would be a lot cheaper and graduation would mean more than a college that is there to make a profit.

I can't answer your question. It all depends on how much your salary is, which should be A LOT to pay off 80-100k in 20 years.
